Fee Structure
Selling a Business:
I charge 6% of your business’s final sale price—simple and straightforward.
You pay me as you get paid. If part of the payment is deferred (like a seller note), I receive my portion when you receive yours.
No upfront or retainer fees—ever. I only get paid when the deal closes.
Business Exit Planning & Financial Model:
$15,000 for initial exit plan, valuation, and 5 year financial model
$2,500 per year for ongoing updates and tracking progress toward your goals
This service is ideal for business owners who are 2 to 5 years away from selling, and want a trusted partner to help stay on track and maximize the eventual sale price.
Bonus: If you list and sell your business with me, this fee is fully refundable—you’ll get it back at closing.
