About me

As a former business owner and commercial property owner myself, I deeply understand the immense dedication, hard work, and personal sacrifices required to run a successful business. I have firsthand knowledge of how to position your business or commercial property for a successful sale and exit strategy. With a background in finance, consulting, and investment banking, combined with my experience as both a business broker and commercial real estate broker, I possess a unique set of qualifications to ensure your project's success.

Before establishing myself as a leading broker and mergers and acquisitions advisor, I held positions within various Fortune 50 and middle market companies, spanning the realms of finance, banking, management, and consulting throughout the Southeastern US. I served as a Vice President in the Global Corporate Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, I worked as a Management Consultant for RGP, Inc., a former Deloitte subsidiary, where I led diverse engagements in business acquisitions and finance across the Southeastern United States. I also gained valuable experience as a member of the corporate finance team at Lowe's Home Improvement. My career began in the finance department at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

When I'm not focused on my professional endeavors, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, coaching my children's baseball team, hunting, and participating in sporting clays shooting.

I hold an Accredited Business Intermediary designation from the American Business Brokers Association, and I am proud to be a member of the International Business Brokers Association.
