About me

I've spent my career in finance and M&A, and today I help business owners and family businesses navigate the sale process from valuation and financial recast through a successful sale and exit.

I've worked with nearly 30 clients across the United States, primarily in the Southeast. To assist sellers who also own their property, I'm a licensed commercial real estate broker in North Carolina (#302735), South Carolina (#138767), and Georgia (#39099), affiliated with G Brokerage. I also hold the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) designation from the American Business Brokers Association and am a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).

I currently work for Alaris Acquisitions, assisting business owners through the valuation and exit process.

My background includes positions as Vice President in Global Corporate Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Vice President of Finance at a healthcare company, where I oversaw internal business valuations, acquisitions, long-term financial planning, and the data department. I also served as Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Meridian Waste and Director of Treasury for a $400M company. Earlier in my career, I worked in management consulting at RGP and corporate finance at Lowe's Home Improvement, and began as an analyst at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore.

I hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Salisbury University.
